Terms of service

1. Who may use Eldorado

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority where you live, and legally able to enter contracts. One person may hold one account unless we approve a business account in writing.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your login. Keep your password private, keep your email current, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud.

3. Our role

Eldorado is a venue and payment escrow provider. Contracts for goods and services are formed between buyer and seller. We do not own, host or control the in-game items, currency, accounts or services offered.

4. Listings and seller obligations

• Listings must be accurate about content, quantity, region and delivery time.
• Sellers must own or lawfully control everything they offer.
• Prices are shown in USD and must include everything the buyer receives.
• Sellers must deliver within the stated window or cancel promptly and honestly.

5. Prohibited items and conduct

• Stolen accounts, hacked currency, or goods obtained through fraud or chargebacks.
• Cheats, exploit software, or anything designed to harm other players' accounts.
• Off-platform payment requests, contact-detail harvesting, or fee circumvention.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing or hate speech in chats, reviews or listings.

6. Escrow and payments

Buyer funds are held by Eldorado until the buyer confirms delivery, escrow auto-releases, or a dispute is decided. Commission is deducted at release. We may withhold a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, pending investigation.

7. Disputes

Disputes must be opened within 14 days of delivery. Both parties may submit evidence from the order chat. Our decision is final on the platform; it does not remove any rights you have under the law of your country.

8. Publisher terms

Trading in-game value may breach the terms of the game publisher. You accept that risk. Eldorado is not responsible for publisher enforcement such as bans, rollbacks or item removal.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount held in escrow for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost playtime or lost in-game progress.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or exposes Eldorado to legal or payment risk. You may close your account at any time once open orders are settled.

11. Changes

We will give at least 14 days' notice by email before any material change. Continuing to use Eldorado after that date means you accept the new terms.
