2. Pay into escrow
Your payment goes to Eldorado, not the seller. It stays there until you confirm delivery, so the seller has every reason to deliver quickly and exactly as described.
3. Coordinate delivery
An order chat opens immediately. Share the details the seller needs — nothing more — and track progress with timestamped status updates.
4. Confirm and release
Happy? Release the funds and leave a rating. Something off? Open a dispute inside the order and our trust team reviews it within 48 hours.
