Fraud monitoring

Rules that keep the place clean
- Never move a conversation or payment off Eldorado — off-platform trades are not protected.
- Never share your account password with a seller; no legitimate delivery requires it.
- Keep evidence inside the order chat. Screenshots posted elsewhere cannot be used in review.
- Report suspicious listings with the report button; we answer every report within 12 hours.
What is not covered
Publisher-side action against your game account, breaches of a game's own terms, and trades arranged outside Eldorado fall outside our protection. We are transparent about this before you buy in higher-risk categories.
